Bill open claims with new company

Want to find a solution how to bill open claims from my old company with new opened company.

Old company books closed January 23
New company books opened dec 23

I probably need any paper that claims are free of charge transfered to new company or anything else.

Please help to find solutions that apply to German laws and are fully valid written in German language
