Basic Shareholders agreement needed urgently

Description of legal work: I need a basic shareholders agreement for my web developers who are investing in my company. They will be doing it just as their company investing (not individuals). I have been told that the below needs to be done;

1. Contract for work to be done in consideration of shares.
2. Shareholders Agreement
3. Board Resolution to accept the new Shareholders Agreement..
4. Board Resolution Proposing and Accepting new shareholding and capital of company

Then I need some help filling out these forms too;
4. TM01 to remove a director I have
5. AP01 for the new 3% shares.
6. HD20 to change the amount of shares I currently have in the company from 10 to 100.
7. AP01 for the new 3% shares, issue 3 shares to the minor shareholder

Please can you let me know how much you could do this for? I need it done as soon as possible.
