Arbitration contract report

We have a legal dispute with airbnb USA and we are currently in arbitration with them regarding the cancellation of all our rentals between march and June 2020 due to coronavirus. We believe that airbnb broke the terms of contract and we need to prove why. I believe this will heavily rely on contract law in the US and we are providing a report to the arbitrators.
