Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
We have some potential discrimination and clinical negligence cases around mental health and are looking for a legally trained person who is perhaps part time or retired to help with assessing the cases and then compiling professional complaints and cases.
You would need to be able to liaise with the client by email, read and assess complex and large numbers of emails and comments from the client and get a fast accurate understanding of the matters involved.
We do not want the standard claims management solicitors as this needs someone who has compassion, understanding and will very much champion our client's cases to the hilt as it is not just about money, it is about making changes and getting justice for the client.
Please attach a CV and any applicants must have legal experience and most importantly have knowledge of mental illness.
