2 x Contract Summary Documents

I have 2 x Framework Agreements which need Contract summaries prepared for them. This is to state any onerous clauses or clauses that need to be considered for ongoing operations, pricing and general relationship management.

The template is created in excel and first few done for an example.

This work is urgent and needs someone with a contractual eye and understanding but not full-blown solicitor etc.

This work is urgent and must be done under an NDA.
