2 Re-usable Contracts To Be Drawn Up - Supplier & Client

Hi,

I need two contracts to be created. One will be between us and freelancers that we use and the other will be between us and our end clients that, on a day to day basis, work directly with those freelancers.

We would obviously need to protect our relationship with the client (i.e. not lose clients to the freelancers) and also define how the relationship would work between the freelancer and us.

It\'s important that the contract with the freelancer is written in an easily understood manner - no legal jargon or complicated wording that might confuse. It\'s equally important that our contract with our clients is very simple so the contract itself doesn\'t become a barrier to signing up new clients.

We therefore need someone with a \'practical view\' on contracts so we get the right balance between protecting ourselves sufficiently but still keeping the contracts simple enough so they don\'t become cumbersome.

Though we do have some specifics we’d like to be covered in the contracts, we would certainly be looking for the winning bidder to suggest what else should be in contracts of this nature.

If you could provide a fixed fee for the two contracts, that would be ideal.
