Year End Accounts

I have had my accounts produced and have submitted to companies house
I, however, have applied for a retained profits mortgage
The accountant who produced them isnt on any of the lists below and the mortgage company require me to have someone either redo or resign these
Anyone with experience here?

Please advise costs and timescales
