Please note;
1) This project is for UK based qualified accountants only (ACCA, CIMA, ACA), may consider AAT.
2) You should have access to the Xero Partner Programme.
3) You should be cert 5 or above on PPH.
Do not apply if you do not meet all the criteria above - it will be automatically declined.
I would like the standard Chart of Accounts (COA) in Xero adjusting for a residential property letting business - ie the business owns the properties and rents them out, it does not act as an agent.

I would like the COA and report templates from the existing partner programme copied over to my version of Xero. I do not want to use Xero through the partner programme and be tied to any particular accounting/ bookkeeping firm. The business currently has 2 properties.
I have just subscribed to the trial version of Xero for this business, but I am already familiar with the platform since I use it, and originally set it up, for my other business some time ago.
Could you please provide a quote for the set-up cost and an estimated timeline for completion.
