General information for the business: I am new to Xero and want to tailor some of my fields and possibly carry over old data to Xero from Excel. Set up invoicing template.

Kind of support: Invoicing
Accounting software: Xero
Description of support work: REview current methods (using Excel) and agree how to amend Xero to create suitable system for bookeeping and invoicing. I have identified 6 extra fields that need to be incorporate into Xero.
Extra notes: Needs experience of Xero.
So the job will be:
- create template/fields in xero that reflect my spreadsheet priorities - see attached
- Import info from my spreadsheet - 7 years of client data to capture who I have worked with and in what capacity (but I do not need the tabs that include expenses from the past - I want to just start that from this financial year 2017 April)
- Set up invoice for my main client and show me how to amend it
- Show me how to use receipt scanning function to pull into my Xero expenses section.
- Help advise how I can make future inputting easier - I pull off a report from the business I work with to show what work I have done that month. This forms the basis for my invoicing/data capture - so ideally can that be imported to Xero? or do I just have to type that in to Xero? This would be another job but I would like advice on the best way to do this.
Ideally be available to help in future too.

Like to know someone has technology skills (not just bookkeeping) to be able to adapt Xero templates/fields. Please ask questions if not sure. Thanks
