I need a tax advisor for a UK based company that is trading 100% digital goods worldwide, mostly in the US.
That includes majorly United States, Canada, New Zealand atm (optional the rest of the world in future). I need a consultation/advise by someone who understands how would US tax laws work in relation to a UK-based company. Is IRS forms 1120-F and 8833 needed and will you be able to help to submit that.
