Virtual Accountant / Assistant for recently formed UK LTD

Description of support work: We seek the ongoing support from a virtual accountant / assistant where our team is currently small.

Support in keeping all accounting structured.
Any HMRC filling required.
Invoices.
Advices on any relevant HMRC schemes we can apply for.

*Extra - knowledge of the SEIS and equity schemes in the UK as we occasionally presented with the option of taking equity for work.

*We do a lot of work with outsourced Indian / foreign development teams, therefore knowledge in this area would be helpful also.

Overall we are seeking to build a long term relationship with a organised and communicative accountant. Someone who is happy to jump in and provide advice on best practice and making sure we meet any deadlines for filing.
