Need a Balance sheet done based on the income statement attached, covering up to 2030. the structure needs to be similar to the page 15 of the PDF attached. its a very simple excel based balance sheet to be done. the project is based on a wind turbine farm to generate electricity , with production capacity of 33 MWh .
P.S . For our estimates on operating costs, we have opted to use a figure of 20 USD, from 2015 appreciating at 7% a year, as 7% is reflective of the average rate of inflation in Kazakhstan over the last 10 years. We have come to the figure 20 USD/MWh by looking at the pre-feasibility study carried by UNDP Kazakhstan for a comparable wind farm in Kazakhstan, which used a figure of 9 EUR/MWh, and by looking at the UK department for Energy and Climate change’s levelised cost estimates for a on shore wind farm in the UK, which estimated fixed OM and variable OM as equalling 20 Pounds/MWh. We felt that using the 9EUR figure did not fully reflect the operating costs, specifically insurance (which should stand at 2-3% of capital costs annually), whereas the DECC’s figure was excessive for an emerging market like Kazakhastan. We therefore felt that a 20 USD figure was appropriate lying as it does between both of this estimates.
