URGENT Letter needed for mortgage lender

We are in the process of applying for a mortgage and a need a letter for the lender confirming that my self-employed husband’s earnings/profits for this year are on track to match last years.

I have last years SA return and this years bank statements that can be provided. And I can put the statements into a spreadsheet if that helps too.

I need this done urgently as we have to have the valuation instructed by Friday (it’s a new build) and this is the latest holdup.
