URGENT - accountant needed for filing of dormant accounts

We run a small family Ltd business, dormant for the year before trading. All bookkeeping's been done on Sage & everything reconciled.

As a husband & wife team, we honestly don't have much of a clue and are trying to muddle our way through the accounts. But we recognise we need some third party help! Due to misunderstandings and mixed messages from HMRC & Companies House, we are now days away from a deadline from Companies House and we are unsure about the forms and procedures we need to adhere to to file dormant accounts.

What we're really looking for is someone who can do us a favour as we don't have a huge budget. Our business model is to support charitable works in addition to making money, so an accountant sympathetic to this cause might get more long term work if they can help us out in a desperate situation!!!
