I’m looking for a UK-based Chartered Accountant (ACA/FCA) who can assist with the following:
• Prepare cash-basis financial statements for a UK shelf company, reflecting the required financial figures and net profit
• Certify and sign the financial statements in their professional capacity
• Arrange the Apostille certification of the financial statements
• Confirm that the authority/party handling the Apostille will return the original Apostilled documents via DHL to an international address
The company will be a UK shelf company.
I’m specifically looking for a Chartered Accountant with experience preparing and certifying UK company financial statements for international use, including coordinating the Apostille process.
