UK based ACCA/ACA accountant for Charity Accounts

Looking for an ACCA/ACA qualified accountant to:

1) Advise on the preparation of SORP compliant yearly accounts for a Charity
2) Issue the yearly Independent Review

Requirements
1) UK based
2) British mother tongue
3) ACCA/ACA qualified
4) Evidence of at least 3 independent reviews published in the Charity Commission site

The task will be remunerated as follows:
1) Hourly rate (capped at 10h) for the advisory
2) Flat fee for the Independent review

Please quote your fees both hourly and flat fee.
