UK Accountant letter to confirm nature of business

Hello, I'm the director of a recently incorporated limited company and need to open a business bank account. The bank is asking for a letter from an accountant signed and confirming the nature of my business.

I can provide information regarding the business as well as a proposed letter template, that you would just need to review and sign. I'm building this from the ground up without investors, recently graduated student, hence the budget!

The bank require a UK qualified accountant and the letter needs to be on headed paper with details of the relevant accountancy certifying body.
