Transfer Pricing (or similar) contract

I am moving out of the UK, but will keep my UK limited company running.

I would like to repurpose it to process transaction and contracts, while the work will be delivered via another company outside of the UK. And I would like to draft a contract between the two companies to formalise that, so I can limit my UK tax liability to the small proportion of the work that is UK relevant (transactions and contracts processing).

I would like some help to draft this contract. My turnover is around 150 to 200k, so I am not sure I need to go for a transfer pricing agreement. I would like the job to include:
- a phone consultation to give you all the details,
- a contract between both companies,
- and any important advice you may have in terms of managing the relationship between both companies.

The company activities:
- IT Consulting, via a UK agency, but for non UK clients
- e-courses sales via a website. The website asset and its clients would eventually move abroad and the UK company will only be the trading name / transactions processor
