This week's bookkeeping

Please find attached the paperwork for the week. there are 2 scans, covering fee notes, bank statements, and purchase invoices. And a couple of notes which I hope make sense! Can you correct a PI reference that I put in some time ago for payment to Ltd, i.e. man fees. I think 3 should be changed. The past one, '7/155' is now cleared, I hope. Do you know how to match up within' bank supplier payments', F3 the matching ones so comes to '0'? this will clear off the old invoices/payments and then just show the outstanding ones.

What time will you be on my computer tomorrow? I am in from 8-12:30 as I have a board meeting at 1:00 so am not working at home on this Wed. I will be away from my desk from 12:30 onwards.

I'll check skype for queries as often as I can. I hope this all looks a bit more managable this week, but let me know anything i can do to make it easier.
