Tax Return and Statutory Accounts

We have a limited company with 2 directors only and no employees requiring statutory accounts for companies house and our tax returns. The company is no longer trading and was in operation for approx 2 years, nothing has been filed so far so we are also late!
We have not made any profits and the transactions are minimal (possibly 20 sales invoices and 5 purchase invoices plus a few expenses). We hold decent records and bank statements of our transactions on excel and paper. No accounting package has been used so far.
As we have not made any profits we cannot afford to pay too much. Please quote advising price for entire job or request further details.
