Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
General information for the business: Online Retailer
Kind of support: End of year account
Accounting software: Quickbooks
Description of support work: I am a one man business...with a simple business model (I import products from Japan & sell them online both in the UK & overseas ...I therefore collect payments not just in GBP but also in a few of the main currencies. I have input all my Y1 sales data & expenses into Quickbooks Pro...it is all reconciled & ready for my first financial (which ended in February 2014). Because I receive payments in foreign currencies, I can't use the simple HMRC CT600 online filing software.
Since I am unable to use HMRC's CT600 online filing software, they (HMRC) require that my year end account be in iXBRL format (which quickbooks pro does not output). I therefore need someone suitably qualified to take my Quickbooks Year 1 data & put it into iXBRL format for HMRC ...as well as submit my accounts to companies house.
To clarify...I don't need any accountancy advice, just someone with the right background to simply use my quickbooks data & rehash it into the correct format for HMRC Corporation Tax purposes (& companies house). This ought to be less than a couple of hours work for someone up to speed with Quickbooks, CT600 iXBRL format & Companies house submissions.
I need this work done as soon as possible...but certainly by 16 October 2014.
