Small business corporation tax return

I need someone to complete my first corporation tax return, for the 2009/10 year. My business is a management consultancy, has 2 directors, one earns fees the other does not. I provide a resource (contracted to my firm) to a firm with a small mark up. Turnover was about £159k. Income and expenses are on spreadsheets.
I am looking for someone who will detail how each entry was calculated so that I can explain to the tax man if necessary!
Please quote an hourly rate with an initial estimate of how many hours work you think it will be.
