Description of support work: We are preparing our tax returns for our property rental business and would like the following work carried out:
1. summarising our rental statements in a simple excel spreadsheet. We currently have 2 properties let out for 11 months so 22 rental statements in total detailing rent received and any costs deducted. See example attached.
2. In addition we will our bank transactions for the year which we would like cross referenced with the rental statements to check all is in order there.
Please can you let me know timescale and price for this job.
