Sign off company accounts for mortgage application

I need to submit two sets of annual accounts for my limited company to my bank in order to apply for a mortgage.
Unfortunately the person that prepared my accounts does not have the certificates/qualifications required by the bank.

I would like someone to review my two years of accounts and produce a letter or certificate that would satisfy the bank's requirements. The bank says: "What we require are trading accounts to be signed by the accountant who has finalised the accounts - this is standard practice."

This is a very urgent requirement as it is holding up my mortgage application.
