Sign off company accounts

I am a bookkeeper with a limited company with only 1 year of accounts. I have drafted these accounts but following going for a mortgage, the lender has requested my accounts are signed off by a chartered certified accountant.
I am an AAT licensed accountant and due to conflict of interest the lender wont accept my accounts signed off by myself - which is understandable.
I need to find an accountant who can undertake this task and help with the sign off of my accounts please for the year ended 31/03/2025.
