Self assessment tax return

Hello,

I have yet to complete my self assessment tax return and require some assistance in doing so. Prior to bidding, please take in to account the following considerations:

I have sold 50% of shares in a UK private limited company during the previous tax year. Are you able to foresee any circumstances in which I can reduce or eliminate my liability?

As you will be aware the deadline I require this completing by is the 31st January.
