Sage One complete set up

We've started a limited company back in November but haven't one any accounting. Need to do it now retrospectively.
We have Sage One account but haven't got any transactions or accounts set up.
The business isn't VAT registered yet.
we have several transactions In and Out and movement between accounts: bank accounts, paypal et. We need all to be set up for in Sage:
- TransferWise bank account and debit card
- PayPal
- Squareup
- Stripe
- Cash transactions
PayPal and Stripe fees need setting up as well.
We distance sell automotive parts - customers make order, pay upfront then we ship the item.
We purchase components from several suppliers.
We need to able raise all historical invoices and record spending, maybe outsource but I would like everything to be configured with ready to go.
