Reporting accountant to Co's House and HMRC

We need accounts submitted to Companies House for 31/3/2011 by 31/12/2012. We also need a tax return submitted to HMRC. We are a very small online retailer with minimal turnover. Accounts have been kept on a detailed spreadsheet (showing revenue, cos, expenses etc and giving a monthly P&L) which was given to us by another accountant so should not be that hard to do. We are up to date with our VAT returns (but also need to de-register for VAT). We will have to do this process again at 31/3/2012 so could be additonal work if everything goes well this time. Can anyone help?
