Remote bookkeeper with experience using KashFlow online accounting software

General information for the business: We sell website advertising and subscriptions to the telecommunications community

Description of support work: Keep a log of all company expenditure (credit card payments + online payments via PayPal & Stripe) as well as log PO numbers against invoiced purchases. We use KashFlow + PayPal & Stripe to receive funds, however, this part of our business is automated.

Scheduled activity throughout the week to include a 30-60 minute telephone conversation/collaborative session.

To set up/automate or manually provide weekly P&L reports, assist with the nominal structure (for purchases) and to advise the business where necessary.
Extra notes: I am looking for someone knowledgeable and trust worthy to work directly along side me, my team and ultimately our accountants as we grow our online business. We are a privately funded start up.

Whilst you need not be a fully accredited accountant, you must be qualified and be willing to log your activity using the companies various business applications. (Asana Project Management + Harvest Time Tracking)
