Reformulation of financial statments

Hello I am writing as i require reformulation of financial statements for a US GAAP company within the s&p 500. I require the statement of shareholder equity, balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement all to be reformulated within excel using a different page for each financial statement showing the original items and the reformulated items (using formula) . This will cover 4 years. Within excel or on a separate word document I will need a list of bullet points as to why certain decisions were made to remove or include items in the reformulation.
