Quickbooks Help

Have a list of things I need some help with including
1. I think I need some journals for some HMRC 'fees' for example this past mo looked like attached and I reckon there may be some similar items back end of last year. Let me know where it doesn't line up and I can dig up some payment details. I try and not pay with a card fee but sometimes its diabolical and all that works. I am happy to align these but what do I record them under?
2. Moved from Barclays to Monzo last year but Quickbooks still had a Barclays balance. I spotted in my settings that payroll net pay was setup to barclays (attached) so I edited that. I then changed all from Barclays to Monzo (wishing I didn't) but now Monzo is way off. The amount difference is essentially payroll amounts since Sept. The balance in Quickbooks 11255 + subaccount is accurate. How can this be resolved. I think the issue is the 23,180 seems to be accounts for twice?
4. I seem to have a duplicate for £29 under expenses from Apple. For some reason on my card they charged me then refunded then charged again. Under the Insurance chart of accounts it seems to be right, can you please verify? Speaking of which should I record these Airpods (the £229) under computer equipment for depreciation?
5. Can you check if last dividend looks ok
6. Payroll tax accounts. Seems a mess. For instance, lists at 23k payroll liability but I don't see that at all prob just some miscategorisation

Should be quick work for someone who knows what they are doing. Just need everything to tie up so I can do my year end accounts, My year end is calendar so there;s an urgency!
