Professionally worded response to Ombudsman

As part of our services as a charity we try to help others. One such situation has occurred which we need to prepare a professionally worded letter responding to correspondence from the Ombudsman in respect of a Life policy effected years ago which we claim was incorrectly sold where a Term Assurance would have sufficed and where the Insurance Company rep sold a more expensive policy without considering the needs of the client.
