    Description

    Experience Level: Expert
We are a small business (c. 10 staff) which runs its own payroll using the online package www.kashflow.com/payroll (IRIS).

We have recently become aware that our software was not configured to take advantage of the Employer Allowance Relief (NIC relief) for small businesses.

We have addressed the issue for this current tax year, but need to make a retrospective claim for 2016/2017 and 2017/2018. Guidance here

    https://www.gov.uk/claim-employment-allowance
    https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/employment-allowance-more-detailed-guidance/claiming-employment-allowance-further-employer-guidance

In a nutshell, we need a payroll clerk or accountant to prepare the Employer Payment Summaries (EPS) for the two relevant years and guide us with the steps needed to make the reclaim.

Unfortuantely, our software package does not support EPS so this will need to be done on other software such as the HMRC Basic Paye Tools software.

We need the successful candidate to login to Kashflow (log in details to be provided) and prepare all the necessary submissions and letters to HMRC.

Applications from experienced Payroll Clerks / Accountants please.
