I need a short PPT presentation (for a 15 min presentation in total) on digital transformation in retail banking that covers what is digi transformation? what does it impact in retail banking, e.g. technology, operations , culture, infrastructure. What are the challenges for retail banks? What creates failure? what are the benefits? What technologies impact attempts at digi transformation, e.g. AI?
Two examples of getting it right - DBS and BBVA. Final version deadline is midday BST 5th June.
