Personal Tax Filing

Hi There,

I am a British Citizen now living in Canada permanently. Whilst no longer resident in the UK, I still own rental properties which produce income, hence I still need to file a personal return each year.

I am late in filing my personal return for the last year, but have all the information required to file, as well as the previous two years returns for reference. I do not believe I will owe any tax.

If possible, I would also like to file next year's return in advance and I have also collated that data. During that period the Inland Revenue also started to collect 20% at source from the property management agent which make invoke a refund from the revenue.

Naturally, being based in Canada, I now file here, and have presented my UK earnings from the properties as part of my Canadian filings.

Please advise if you can assist, and estimated costs (if possible).
