On-site Business Admin & Expense Audit – One-Day Setup (Surrey)

I am the director of a UK Limited Company and I am looking for an experienced, highly organised bookkeeper / business administrator to attend on-site for one full day to carry out a complete business expense and systems reset.

This is a hands-on, practical task, not remote bookkeeping.

Scope of Work (On-Site – One Day)

The successful candidate will work with me to:

1. Full Expense & Subscription Audit

Review all business-related expenses, including:

Software subscriptions (e.g. ChatGPT, Hotjar, Apple, SaaS tools)

Online services

Amazon and online purchases

Mobile, internet, utilities (business portion)

Any recurring payments currently charged personally

Identify which expenses should be re-registered to PAIL Solicitors Limited

2. Account & Subscription Migration

Change billing details so that all business expenses are:

In the company name (PAIL Solicitors Limited)

Linked to the company email and payment method

Assist with:

Apple ID / Apple Pay (business use)

Amazon Business setup or migration

Software dashboards and billing portals

3. Accounting System Alignment

Ensure all migrated expenses:

Feed correctly into QuickBooks

Are categorised properly as business expenses

Flag any items requiring accountant confirmation

4. Documentation & Checklist

Produce a clear checklist of:

What has been completed

Any items pending or requiring follow-up

Ongoing admin recommendations

Ideal Candidate

UK-based

Experience in:

Bookkeeping or business administration

Small business or professional services (law firm experience a plus)

Confident handling:

Subscriptions, SaaS tools, Apple / Amazon / online platforms

Discreet, professional, and organised

Comfortable working on-site for the full day

Location

On-site at my Surrey residence (details to be shared privately).

Duration

One full working day (with potential follow-up day if needed).

Budget

£250 for the day, depending on experience.

This is not an ongoing bookkeeping role — it is a one-off structural reset, though further work may follow.
