Need help implementing ofbiz for restaurant POS

WE are having problems getting basic accounting functions in OF BIZ up and running and need someone who know ofbiz really well. Issues like having incoming payments go to the correct gl accounts, have purchase orders converted to invoices and similar. We are in Montreal and could really use a knowledgeable consultant. We have a good developer who is familiar with the code and can help but its more the business aspects that we need help with. Are you available for something like this? Time is critical since we cannot open the restaurant without having this in place so we need someone immediately.
