Need an Index to Working Papers (for Accountants !)

Hi,

I have recently commenced providing accounting services to clients and I require an index to working papers. This will be a one sided A4 sheet of paper with a list of all relevant accounting schedules/workings etc... together with the relevant index.

I would like the index split into categories, i.e. Fixed Assets, Current Assets, Expenses, Current Liabilities etc.... then with the relevant items under each heading, i.e Computer Equipment, Motor Vehicles under Fixed Assets etc....

This is an easy job for an accountant as he/she probably already has an index to working papers in place (should have!).

Due to time constraints I can't do this myself hence posting a quick earner for someone!
