Need an Accountant specializing in F/S

Hi,
I have a business plan and now I need financial plan for five years.This is basically business consulting firm with five locations.
We have presentation so have to project the strong financials to investors location wise for five years with following requirements
Sales plan for five years
Income statement
Balance sheet
Cash flow statement
Human resource plan
break even analysis
Ration analysis
Possibility of IRR etc…
Please apply this only if you have relevant exp in the above areas
I would like to have two milestones and need immediate turnaround
