Ltd company accounts prepared and submitted

I am looking for an accountant to prepare and submit a set of accounts for me.
The slight difference in this request is that I worked through a umbrella the money I earned was fully taxed through the umbrella so PAYE, employees NI, and Employers NI. The net pay was paid into a Limited company so the income is not taxable.

I need someone to prepare and submitt a set of accounts by the 31/12/21
