Ltd company accounts and corp tax computations

I've a client with 1.6M tunover. All bookkeeping side of things is done , but I need someone to check things over and produce corp tax computations etc. There is a large directors loan (120K) due to the company and one of the directors was bought out during the year and there are several lease and finance vehicles.

This is a little above my abilities as I usually deal with small ltd companies and sole traders and I'm looking for help with this from an experienced accountant.
