I need an experience credit risk expert who can develop a single statistical credit scoring mode to complete a task. An Excel file showing your work and containing the scoring model results (This will include the model coefficients and the classification table for the final version of the score that you propose to retain as well as the back test (validation) results for that final model iteration) has to be prepared

Is this a serious proposal for that fixed price? This is a substantial piece of work if done properly and I would suggest a much higher fixed price.
