Investment account recnciliation

We are looking for an experienced professional to assist with 5½ years of investment account reconciliation. The work involves reviewing and organizing statements for accounts holding securities, unit trusts, dividends, withdrawals, purchases, and loans.

Key Responsibilities:

Reconcile all transactions over the past 5½ years
Verify and track dividend payments per security, monthly
Record and summarize all withdrawals, purchases, and sales of securities
Track loan amounts taken and repaid
Prepare a clear, easy-to-read spreadsheet summarizing monthly cash flows and balances
Identify missing or incorrect payments and inconsistencies in statements

Required Experience:

Proven experience working with investment accounts, securities, or brokerage statements
Strong spreadsheet and accounting skills
Attention to detail for long-term data reconciliation
