Income Verification for House Rental

Hi!
I\'m looking for an accountant, or a person of relevant qualification who would be able to verify my income so that I may rent a house. I am a model, so therefore my pay can fluctuate however, I do know that I have more than enough funds to make the property I am after viable.
I am already quite far down the line getting the property and I only need someone to verify to my estate agent that I am able to afford the rent per month. As with the nature of house hunting, it would be advantageous if this job could be done swiftly!
On another note, I might possibly be looking for an accountant long term. So this might be a good starting block for a good relationship.
