The company is based in Saudi and preparing the accounts in accordance with the local accounting standards till now. But this year end 31 December 2018 the company need to make the accounts under the IFRS, so it will be the first time adoption. It also means the 2017 need to be restated. The company has approx SAR40m turnover and less balance sheet element (i. no goodwill)
