Description of support work: I have lost access to our Sage system owing to a computer breakdown. I have a relatively recent Sage backup file and need to extract data from it. Primarily I need to recover the customer data to ascertain the balances on the accounts of all customers. Ideally, once this is sorted then we would also get access to the rest of the data somehow in order to migrate to a different software package.
