Experience Level: Entry

I'm looking to close my company in mid-May. I'm looking to close down my limited company, I need final accounts/ ct600 filed to HMRC. And if there is anything else that is required to close down the company.
Since last April there have been 12 transactions that were all bank fees. There are 2 final transactions I'm looking to make early in May before I can close down my bank account.
