I need technical SEO training/mentoring for my magento website

Hi,

I have recently had a technical audit done on my site that has returned a lot of things that need improving on the site. I understand quite a lot of the basics that need improving and have a fair idea of how to implement these on a technical level.
What I am really confused by is how ( on a technical level ) I organize and structure my website.

I have read lots about authority flow, Siloing, rel=conical links, robots.txt, sitemap etc etc...

What I really need is someone that knows about this stuff to offer some guidance and really help to explain this to me on a technical level. I am happy for this to be done remotely, over the phone, skype etc
The website is a magento website so the right candidate will have previous experience of working with magento and implementing such works.
New freelancers will be considered, I would just require a good explanation of why you feel you are a good choice for this role.
