General information for the business: We are an accounting practice in Glasgow
Industry: Business
Accounting software: Quickbooks
Description of support work: We have around 70 Kashflow accounts that we want to migrate to Quickbooks. We have support in the migration but require someone to manage the process; ie. Send the migration requests and check the data when it is migrated to ensure that it is accurate and to an acceptable standard.

    Hi Rod,
    The job can be done remotely. Time taken is dependant on a number of factors as there is quite a bit of waiting time for the company to handle the migration.
    Checking of the accounts should take no longer than 20-30mins per account.

    Hi Clare, this is anteresting project, could you clarify if the data is going to be cleansed first or is that part of the project and is the data going to be migrated directly after a year end has been performed.? Also what is the timeframe for all the project to be finished. Thanks Jill

    Hi Jill,

    The information is taken mid year, and is not cleansed. I am not looking for someone to analyse the data, simply ensure that it has all been migrated correctly.
    There is no time frame set, as there is a third party involved so cannot predict how long they may take. I would expect the requests to be made within 5 days and the checking to be done within 1/2 days of confirmation that the information has been migrated.
