I need help disputing some errors on my credit report(experian)

To whom it may concern,

I am trying to increase my credit score which should be higher than it currently is. I recently opened an experian account to try and find out what the problem was and after doing so, I can see some crucial things that should have been updated months ago, have not been. Also, some things that have been deducted from my score, should not have been.

There is also an address on the account that is not linked to me that I would like help removing.

I am very busy trying to move house and would rather have help from someone who can easily navigate this rather than trying to figure it out myself once I email a detailed breakdown of the chain of events that have impacted my score and also work on other strategies that can increase the score over time.
